Where to eat in Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo

Los Cabos is a great place to indulge your palad, from Mexican to Asian food, you will find a lot of restaurants in both towns, Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo.
For an update guide, please visit Comete Los Cabos (Eat Los Cabos), this page is a great local reference. Trip Advisor is also a good guide, but is not necessary accurate

I'm not going to compete with them, I'm just going to tell you about my own experience, places where you can have a great meal, some are little places and some are well known restaurants. If you do not see a restaurant in this list, is because either I had a bad experience, or is a new place, is inside a Resort, or I never been there for some reason.

If you own a restaurant and reading this, you are welcome to invite me and I will post my comments.

Cabo San Lucas

Templo is probably a place to invite my wife for an anniversary, the atmospher is elegant and with great taste, the same about the food which is a mix of Japanese and Argentinian cousines, either you may try an excellent sashimi or a great steak cook perfectly on the grill. It is located off the tourist area, but is well worth to take a short taxi ride.

For Italian food, you won't be disapointed with great choices in Cabo San Lucas. Pan Di Bacco is right downtown, own by the same guys of Sunset Da Mona Lisa, this place won't break you wallet. An excellent Italian restaurant, pizza and pasta made perfectly with a casual presence.

La Dolce is probably the oldest Italian restaurant in town, excellent pizza and pasta, and one of the best tiramisu I had ever taste.

Invita Bistro is the new kid on the block, actually, right on the town square. A good friend of me, Joaquin, cofound this place couple of years ago, but I just went once since then, luckily they were wine tasting and I was invited to help, so I had a "great time" and enjoy a delicious vegetarian lassagne that was not in the menu.

Mi Casa is probably the place you shouldn't miss, they have an excellent menu of the best traditional dishes from all over México, not TexMex that you may be used to. They usually have musicians playing at dinner time and you can see how they make their own tortillas in the patio. The ambience is compleatly Mexican with furniture paint in bright colors. My favorite dish is Mancha manteles.

I'm updating the site, more comments later, stay tuned.
